Sana Authentication System
Sana Authentication System: A Gateway to Seamless Online Judicial Services
The Iranian Judiciary has launched a platform called “Sana” to enhance access to judicial services and minimize the need for in-person visits. This system serves as the primary gateway for utilizing the Judiciary’s electronic services. It allows users to register and complete the authentication process online, enabling them to access a wide range of judicial services without physical presence. Upon successful authentication, each user receives a unique code known as the “Sana Code,” which grants access to online services through the Judiciary’s official website at adliran.ir.
The authentication process in the Sana system is designed to be entirely online for individual users, meaning there is no need for in-person visits, and the process can be completed via the internet. However, for legal entities, electronic authentication is not yet available, and these users must visit judicial service offices in person to complete their authentication.
One of the key advantages of the Sana system is its round-the-clock availability, which caters to users both inside and outside Iran. This feature not only saves time and money but also streamlines judicial processes for individuals. Once the Sana Code is obtained, users can access a variety of services, including:
- Submitting and tracking pardon requests
- Filing and following up on complaints
- Submitting and tracking declarations
- Calculating court fees
- Submitting legal briefs to the court
- Requesting a certificate of no criminal record
- Receiving updates and notifications about judicial cases
- Checking the status of judicial experts
- Submitting documents and evidence related to cases
- Verifying the authenticity of judicial documents
- Requesting the issuance of property ownership deeds
- Filing complaints against government organizations and institutions
To access these services, users must first register and authenticate their identity in the Sana system, then visit adliran.ir and log into their account using their Sana Code.
Additionally, for Iranians living abroad who may encounter issues during the authentication process—such as an error indicating the absence of a photo in the civil registry system—a solution has been provided. These individuals can visit the Mikhak platform (mikhak.mfa.gov.ir), developed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, to resolve the issue and complete their authentication process.
The Sana system represents a significant step toward the digitalization of judicial services, allowing users to manage their legal affairs conveniently without the need for physical presence. This platform not only makes access to justice more equitable but also offers an efficient and user-friendly experience by reducing the time and costs associated with judicial processes.
