To utilize these services, an applicant living abroad must first register on the Mikhak platform and create an account. After logging in, they can specify the type of power of attorney they require and fill out the necessary information in the provided forms. Once the information is submitted, the request is reviewed and moves to the approval stage. At this point, the individual needs to visit the nearest Iranian consular office to complete the final steps. However, a standout feature is that the verification and sealing of the power of attorney are done entirely digitally—after approval by the consular officer, the document is uploaded to the platform and made available online.

In addition to these services, many Iranian lawyers have adopted modern technology to offer virtual consultations and manage legal cases remotely. These sessions are conducted through online platforms, and all documents and agreements are legally recorded using electronic signatures.
